WAG's Advisory Board is formed by executives from leading companies and pioneering Inclusion & belonging practitioners. Members guide the alliance's mission and strategic direction, and lend their personal influence and voice.

From strategic advisory to masterclasses, benchmark visits, and 103 in-company courses, members combine resources to fit their stage, turning "inclusive culture" into a real engine for growth.
Four hands-on benchmark study visits a year, moving from "DEI for DEI's sake" to an organisation-centred "Inclusion for Growth" approach: frontier insight, benchmark cases, and ready-to-use tools. Past hosts include Ant Group, Schneider Electric, Sanofi, JLL, and Pang Dong Lai.
Each sub-community is run jointly by a Sponsor, an Advisory, and a Chair / Co-chair: efficient resource-sharing, collaborative talent development, and co-created solutions.

Membership is open to every company committed to advancing cultures of inclusion & belonging and women's talent development. Applications are reviewed by a rotating Board committee; we respond within fourteen business days.
